Philadelphia part 2 The Zoo

The Philadelphia Zoo is the oldest zoo in the US, and by far the best I have been to. We were there for hours and still didn't see everything, we missed quite a bit including the elephants (but we have those here at home) and the zebras.

I had never seen an ant eater before and had no idea they were this large.


No, we were not crazy enough to go up in this thing.





The hippos were the best part, I had never seen these in person either. I could have watched them all day they are such neat creatures.
